4th semester just hit me like a caffeine crash without the caffeine. My course load this time around is enough to make your head spin. We're talking web development, digital system design (think building the circuits behind the magic!), and then there's OOP with Java. Java! Don't even get me started. On the bright side, there's also scientific computing with Python – gotta love some Python, right? Plus, we're diving into computer architecture, the real brains of the operation. Linear Algebra II is back to haunt me (matrices, anyone?), and of course, there's statistics – because let's face it, i...

As a computer science student, I've encountered many fascinating courses, but compiler construction holds a special place. It's like peering behind the curtain and understanding the intricate process that transforms our human-readable code into machine-executable instructions. Today, we'll embark on a journey to explore the different phases of a compiler and delve into the world of error checking.**The Phases in Complier Construction:**Imagine a factory where raw materials (source code) are meticulously transformed into a finished product (executable program). A compiler functions similarly, w...

For computer science students, the world of software might seem all-encompassing. But the programs you write rely on a hidden world of hardware, and understanding that world can be incredibly empowering. This is where digital system design comes in.What is Digital System Design?Think of your computer as a complex city. Information flows through it like traffic, following specific paths and governed by intricate rules. Digital system design is like studying the blueprints of that city – understanding the building blocks (logic gates), the avenues (combinational circuits), and the traffic contro...

Started the semester with excitement and zeal to learn. I learned object-oriented programming using VB. Net and C++. Also, I learned system programming with C, operating systems, compiler construction, sequential operations, linear algebra, real analysis, and statistics for physical sciences. I enjoyed doing all my programming homework for this semester. Hopefully, I gonna use the short Christmas break to work on my project and also get ready for the semester's exam. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Africoders.

<r><p>Hi Techies, what are we building?</p><p>During the short holidays I was able to design my app idea with figma and also tried to get the idea to live using flutter. Glad to say the holidays was awesome for my tech journey.</p><p>Unfortunately, I gonna pause the project because school is about to start ?</p><p><img src="https://i.imgur.com/uH0TEs8.jpeg" alt="Image preview" class="markdown-image"></p></r>

I built a flutter app that can help who have deciding a yes or no question. Although i still need to work on the design and the app still need some improvement but i am a beginner baby steps first ✊🤧
